How to assemble the tube:

1. Cut the tube to the desired length with scissors or a utility knife (clean, perpendicular cut)
2. Insert one end into the plastic bushing (BOCC.148662) mounted on the incubator hole
3. Pass the tube through the bushing to the internal tray/channel
4. Connect the tube to the floating (97G) present in the tray
5. Insert the other end of the tube into the tank cap hole (0083)
6. Make sure all connections are secure.
7. Fill the tank and check the correct water flow
8. Inspect all joints: there must be no leaks.

Lossless assembly:

• The tube must enter with light pressure (correct seal sign)
• If it enters too easily → wrong diameter or worn tube
• If it doesn't fit → warm the end slightly with hot water (NOT flame)

Periodic checks (every 3-6 months):

• Check that there are no losses at the junction points
• Check that the tube is not crushed or bent excessively
• Observe the clear tube: the water should flow freely without any trapped air bubbles.
• Check for absence of internal limestone deposits (if visible → replacement)

Cleaning (if necessary):

1. Disconnect the hose from both ends
2. Run hot water to remove any deposits
3. For stubborn deposits: water and vinegar solution (50/50), leave to soak for 1 hour
4. Rinse thoroughly
5. Make sure water flows freely before reassembling
