SHIPMENTS

1. Documentation:

A receipt will be issued for each order.

To request an invoice, please specify this when ordering. Subsequent requests will not be accepted.

Please note: Pursuant to art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree 633/1972 and Resolution ADE 274/E of 5/11/2009, mail order sales, such as those made through our website, are exempt from the obligation to issue an invoice unless expressly requested by the customer.

2. Shipping times:

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation via express courier.

Delivery: Standard delivery is expected within 2-5 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

3. Delivery address:

The goods will be delivered to the address indicated during the order.

4. Traceability:

Please note: Couriers do not make advance calls.

5. Shipping costs:

Shipping costs, including packaging, are €14.70 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased for 1 supplier or brand, €25 for 2 suppliers or brands.

6. Liability in case of damage:

Pursuant to Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code, goods travel at the recipient's risk. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution together.

It is essential to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and, in the event of damage, write "WITH RESERVATIONS" on the delivery receipt, specifying the nature of the damage.
