Anti-Vibration Metal Supports for CIP 28 and 40 Fan Motors
FIEM

Anti-Vibration Metal Supports for CIP 28 and 40...

€1.28
Availability: 996 In Stock
CIP 28 and 40 Metal Fan Motor Brackets – Small but essential. These brackets keep the fan perfectly aligned, ensuring uniform air circulation in the incubation chamber. Without them, abnormal vibrations and noises can compromise thermal stability and therefore hatching success.

A customer from Vicenza called me worried: he could hear a metallic rattling noise from his CIP CIP 40 incubator on the 12th day of incubating pheasant eggs. After checking, we discovered that one of the fan's metal supports had come loose. Once fixed, the machine went silent again, and the hatching was successful.

When are they needed? If you hear abnormal vibrations, metallic noises, or rattling coming from the fan compartment, or if you notice that the fan isn't perfectly centered, the bearings probably need replacing. Even during preventative maintenance , when you replace the fan motor, it's good practice to check the condition of the bearings.

⚠️ Before ordering: Unplug the fan, open the control panel, and visually inspect the brackets for damage, rust, or missing parts. Sometimes, a thorough cleaning of the fan is enough to eliminate the noise.

📸 Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp (incubator open, fan visible): we'll help you determine if the supports are the problem or if there's something else.

📦 Logistics: Ships in 1 business day, delivery 2-4 days. Warranty: 24 months for private customers / 12 months for VAT number. Since 1975, FIEM has been synonymous with reliability in the poultry sector.

FIEM Cosmo Incubator Door Hinge

FIEM Cosmo Incubator Door Hinge

€1.80
Availability: 999 In Stock

✅ Original FIEM 🚚 24h Shipping 🇮🇹 Italian assistance ⭐ 45 years of experience

🚪 The invisible pin that holds everything in place.
Hinges are the small hinges that allow the transparent door to open and close properly. They seem insignificant, but if they break or become loose, the door won't close properly, and you lose heat and humidity.

Quick diagnosis: door that doesn't close properly, excessive play, broken or bent hinge, door that "falls" to one side.

Solution: Original FIEM door hinge for COSMO, COSMO EVO, and COSMO ML incubators. Price each.

📌 Real case: A customer in Bari with COSMO ML had a door that wouldn't close properly. He thought the door needed replacing, but it was just a broken hinge. Replaced in 5 minutes for less than 2 euros, problem solved.

⚠️ When to replace it: If the door no longer closes properly or you notice excessive play, check the hinges immediately. Improper closure causes heat and humidity to escape, compromising hatching.

ABS Thermometer Holder for Fiem Cip Cip 28 and 40 and Smart
FIEM

ABS Thermometer Holder for Fiem Cip Cip 28 and...

€0.65
Availability: 1000 In Stock

🔧 Do you know what the most underrated part of the incubator is? The little clip that holds the thermometer in place!

It may seem incredible, but this tiny ABS clip, worth just €0.53 (excluding VAT), is essential for holding the thermometer in the correct position. The 17A clip is FIEM's specific support for the 05/A thermometer.

💡 If the thermometer doesn't stay in place or moves while turning the eggs, the readings become unreliable. A damaged clip can compromise temperature monitoring, which is crucial for hatching.

⚠️ As specified in the FIEM manual, the thermometer should be inserted into the clip from the bottom up, rotating slightly—never attach it from the front to avoid breakage. This correct procedure protects both the thermometer and the clip itself.

📍 When should you replace it? If the thermometer won't stay in place, if it moves or falls, if you see cracks in the plastic, or if you need to use alternative means to hold it in place. Given the minimal cost, it's a good idea to have a spare.

✅ Compatible with all Smart, CipCip 28 and CipCip 40 models. In the 2025 price list it is indicated as "ABS THERMOMETER HOLDER" and costs only €0.53.

🛒 Important: This item requires a minimum order of €20 (excluding VAT). You can add the 05/A thermometer for €22.05, which already exceeds the threshold, or other small spare parts such as the P67 cable gland (€0.63) or the MEMB.TAST.DIG keyboard membrane (€2.80).

📱 Not sure about compatibility? Send us a photo of the incubator, model plate, current clip, and thermometer on WhatsApp . We'll confirm everything promptly during business hours.

🚚 We ship from Como in 1 business day, with delivery throughout Italy in 2-4 days. FIEM since 1975 , we at Padovan Avicoltura are official distributors with the entire range of spare parts always available. 24-month warranty for private individuals, 12 months for VAT numbers.

Kit-Fan-Resistors-Grid-Clamp-Wires-Fuse-Fiem-Smart

€83.50
Availability: 999 In Stock

🔥 The F3321 ventilation kit is not just a ventilator with a resistor: it is the thermal beating heart of your incubator, the only one responsible for the life or death of the embryos!

At €68.50 (excluding VAT) , this complete kit includes Blower Motor + Heater + Grille + Clamp + Wires + Fuse.

⚡ As specified in the FIEM price list: "COMPLETE VENTILATION KIT (FAN MOTOR/HEATER+GRID+CLAMP+WIRES+FUSE)". This isn't just a spare part; it's the incubator's ventilation system: the fan circulates the air, the heating element generates the heat, and together they keep your future chicks alive.

⚠️ When should you replace it? If the temperature no longer reaches 100°F, if the fan makes unusual noises, if you notice burnt spots on the heating element, if the incubator heats unevenly, or if you need to completely overhaul it after years of intensive use.

💡 A malfunctioning kit means no hatching. Period. Without uniform heat, the embryos die.

✅ Compatible with Fiem Smart models

📱 Temperature issues? Send WhatsApp photos/videos of the temperature display and your current kit.

🚚 Protected shipping from Como in 1 day. No minimum order for this item. FIEM since 1975 , the thermal heart of your hatching. 24-month warranty for private individuals, 12 VAT numbers.
