Inca Resistance (Original Fiem Spare Parts)

🌀 The fan is not an optional extra: it is the incubator's lung that evenly distributes heat and oxygen, determining the life or death of the embryos!

At €32.03 (excluding VAT) , the 80mm diameter UF80B23STH fan is the heart of the ventilation system in Smart and Easy incubators. Without its constant action, you would have lethal hot and cold zones, a disaster for hatching!

💨 This specific FIEM fan ensures optimal air circulation, designed for the size of the incubation chamber. Warm air is evenly distributed, fresh oxygen reaches each egg, and CO2 is expelled. It's this constant ventilation that keeps embryos alive!

⚠️ When should you replace it? If it makes unusual noises (worn bearings), if it turns slower than normal, if it stops intermittently, if the blades are dirty or damaged, or if it loses efficiency after years of continuous use.

💡 A malfunctioning ventilator causes: embryonic mortality due to asphyxiation, irregular development, dead zones in the incubator, drastically reduced hatching rates.

✅ Compatible with Smart and Easy as specified in the FIEM price list.

🔒 The P67 cable gland is not just a gasket: it is the guardian that protects electrical cables from wear and tear and prevents water infiltration at critical points!

At just €0.63 (excluding VAT) , this small component plays a vital safety role. The P67 cable gland (GLAND for POWER CABLE in the price list) blocks and protects the power cable where it enters the incubator, preventing dangerous kinks, accidental tears, and moisture infiltration that could cause short circuits.

⚡ As every electrician knows, the most vulnerable point of any cable is where it passes through a wall or panel. Without a strain relief, the cable rubs against sharp edges, the insulation deteriorates, and moisture penetrates. With the P67, the cable is securely clamped and protected from mechanical stress.

⚠️ When should you replace it? If the cable gland is cracked or broken, if it no longer grips the cable and allows it to move freely, if the rubber is hardened and no longer seals, or if it's missing completely after maintenance.

💡 A missing or damaged cable gland poses serious risks: the cable can tear, moisture can enter the circuitry, and short circuits can occur. For €0.63, it's not worth the risk!

✅ Compatible with Smart and Cosmo , standard for power cable passage.

🌡️ The digital thermostat is not a simple regulator: it is the electronic brain that maintains temperature and humidity with surgical precision, determining the life or death of your embryos!

At €57.00 (excluding VAT) , the DIG.SMART (part no. 7 in the exploded view) is the intelligent heart of your incubator. With a 3-digit digital display, it controls both temperature and humidity (T/H) with precision to the nearest tenth of a degree. It's not comparable to old analog thermostats: this is precise digital control that maintains a vital 37.7°C without lethal fluctuations.

🎯 As specified in the FIEM manual, pressing SET accesses the reference values, and using the up/down arrows adjusts the temperature (100°F) and humidity (47-62%). The display alternates between current temperature, humidity, and setpoint. This digital precision is the difference between hobbyists and professionals!

⚠️ When should you replace it? If the display doesn't light up or flashes, if the temperature fluctuates excessively, if it doesn't maintain setpoints, if the buttons don't respond (try the MEMB.TAST.DIG membrane first), or after years of technological upgrades.

💡 An inaccurate thermostat causes fatal temperature changes: at 36°C, embryos slow down; at 39°C, they die. Digital thermostats maintain accuracy of ±0.1°C!

✅ Specific for Smart , digital version with integrated T/H control.
