CIP 28 and 40 Metal Fan Motor Brackets – Small but essential. These brackets keep the fan perfectly aligned, ensuring uniform air circulation in the incubation chamber. Without them, abnormal vibrations and noises can compromise thermal stability and therefore hatching success.

A customer from Vicenza called me worried: he could hear a metallic rattling noise from his CIP CIP 40 incubator on the 12th day of incubating pheasant eggs. After checking, we discovered that one of the fan's metal supports had come loose. Once fixed, the machine went silent again, and the hatching was successful.

When are they needed? If you hear abnormal vibrations, metallic noises, or rattling coming from the fan compartment, or if you notice that the fan isn't perfectly centered, the bearings probably need replacing. Even during preventative maintenance , when you replace the fan motor, it's good practice to check the condition of the bearings.

⚠️ Before ordering: Unplug the fan, open the control panel, and visually inspect the brackets for damage, rust, or missing parts. Sometimes, a thorough cleaning of the fan is enough to eliminate the noise.

📸 Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp (incubator open, fan visible): we'll help you determine if the supports are the problem or if there's something else.

📦 Logistics: Ships in 1 business day, delivery 2-4 days. Warranty: 24 months for private customers / 12 months for VAT number. Since 1975, FIEM has been synonymous with reliability in the poultry sector.

Compatible model: CIP CIP 40

Spare part code: SUPP.VENT.CIP

Exploded Technical Reference: Component Number 3

Manufacturer: FIEM Srl (Como, Italy)

🔍 When are these supports needed – Typical symptoms

The metal fan motor brackets should be replaced when one or more of the following symptoms occur:

  • Abnormal vibrations: The fan vibrates more markedly than normal operation
  • Excessive noise: Metallic, rattling, or grinding noises coming from the fan compartment
  • Misaligned fan: The fan is not perfectly centered or is touching the guard mesh
  • Preventive maintenance: When replacing the fan motor itself, it is good practice to also check and, if necessary, replace the supports.
  • Oxidation or breakage: The media appears visibly damaged, oxidized or deformed

⚠️ Before ordering: quick checks to do

Do you really need the brackets? Before purchasing, check these things:

  1. Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet (safety first)
  2. Visually check if metal brackets are damaged, oxidized, loose or missing
  3. Check that the fan is not simply dirty (dust, feathers, debris) – a thorough cleaning may solve the problem
  4. Check that the protective mesh is not deformed and does not touch the fan
  5. Check that the fan motor itself is still securely attached

📸 Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp (incubator open, fan visible, any symptoms described): we'll help you determine if the supports really need replacing or if there's another cause.

🔧 Safe installation

ATTENTION SAFETY

Before any intervention:

  • Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet
  • Never intervene with the incubator switched on or connected to the mains.
  • No part must be under tension during work
  • If you feel unsafe or unfamiliar with the job → contact a qualified electrician or technician

Assembly procedure:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet
  2. Access the fan compartment
  3. If necessary, remove the fan motor to access the brackets
  4. Remove the old metal brackets from their locations
  5. Place the new supports in their appropriate locations, making sure they are well seated
  6. Reassemble the fan, making sure it is perfectly centered.
  7. Reconnect the plug and turn on the incubator
  8. Check for abnormal vibrations and noises upon restart

💡 Advice from 45 years of experience: When replacing the bearings, take the opportunity to thoroughly clean the fan and the protective mesh. Accumulated dust and debris can cause vibrations even with new bearings.

❌ Common mistakes to avoid

  • Never force the supports into their seats: they must fit naturally
  • Do not overtighten the fan screws: they may deform the supports
  • Don't reuse visibly damaged brackets "just to save money" – you risk further damage to the fan motor
  • Don't forget to check the safety net too: if it's deformed, it can cause noises similar to those of worn supports.

Temperature Probe for Old Fiem LCD Control Unit

€16.72
Availability: 995 In Stock
LCD Thermostat Temperature Sensor (old) – The sensor that detects the incubator's internal temperature and allows the LCD thermostat to regulate the heating. This critical component constantly transmits temperature data to the thermostat to maintain the incubator at 37.5-37.7°C.

When is it needed? If the LCD control unit displays an incorrect or fixed temperature , or the internal temperature fluctuates too much . Even if you see "Err" or "---" on the display, or if the heating element remains always on or always off, ignoring the actual temperature.

Symptoms of a faulty probe: Displayed temperature stuck on one value, impossible readings, resistor that never turns on or off, sudden temperature fluctuations.

💰 Price: €13.70 each (excluding VAT, excluding transport) – FIEM WAREHOUSE COMO – Only original FIEM components from Padovan Avicoltura for guaranteed efficiency over time.

⚠️ OLD Version: This probe is for older models with LCD control units. Newer models with MiniLED Advanced or other modern control units use different probes (T/H PROBE).

Compatibility: MG Series (older LCD models) and CIP CIP (older LCD models). Please check that your incubator has the old LCD control unit before ordering.

Minimum order €20: Consider ordering at least 14 probes (€20.58) as a backup for future replacements, or supplement with other spares (fuse, thermometer, trays).

Replacement Fan 120x120mm (37/A) for CipCip...

€47.14
Availability: 999 In Stock

🌀 The ventilator is the incubator's lung, distributing oxygen and heat evenly, saving the embryos from dead zones! (Explodson.3)

At €38.64 (excluding VAT) , the 120x120mm 37/A fan is the beating heart of the CipCip 28/40 and Inca. When it spins, it creates the vital circulation that eliminates deadly CO2 pockets and distributes the 37.7°C temperature evenly. Without it? Temperatures would be layered: 35°C at the bottom, 40°C at the top. Disaster guaranteed.

⚡ This specific FIEM model is designed for gentle ventilation during the first few weeks. It's not an industrial fan that dries eggs, but a calibrated system that maintains humidity while moving air. It's the difference between hobbyists and professionals!

⚠️ When should you replace it? If it makes unusual noises (worn bearings), if it runs jerkily, if it doesn't start consistently, or preventively after 4-5 years of heavy use. A slow fan indicates low hatching.

💡 *"A customer from Bergamo calls me: CipCip 40 with 50% hatching. Fan not working properly. Replaced with a new 37/A: next cycle 91% hatching!"*

Specifically designed for Inca, CipCip 28 and CipCip 40. Quality metal bearings for extended life.

📱 ATTENTION: Please carefully check that the spare part matches the image. If you have any questions or don't see the part you're looking for, please send us via WhatsApp : ✅A photo of the spare part you need ✅A photo of the incubator ✅A photo of the label on the back of the incubator ✅A description of the problem. Fiem Smart Automatic Egg Turning Grid (Exploded...

€12.10
Availability: 999 In Stock

🥚 The 32/A egg turning grid is not a simple divider: it is the system that gently rolls the eggs, replicating the natural movement of the hen!

At €9.98 (excluding VAT) , this grid (part no. 8 in the exploded view) neatly divides the rows of eggs and, connected to the tensioning system, rolls them with precision. Just like a mother hen turns each egg with her beak several times a day, this grid, moving back and forth for 30 minutes, gently rolls each egg, preventing the embryo from sticking to the shell.

🔄 Movement is vital: without regular rotation, the embryo adheres to the internal membrane and dies. As specified in the FIEM manual, the gearmotor moves the grid in hourly cycles (30 minutes forward, 30 minutes backward), causing the eggs to roll on their axis. It's this constant action that increases hatching rates from 20% without voltage to 80-90% with the correct voltage!

⚠️ When should you replace it? If the dividers are bent and the eggs don't roll evenly, if it no longer engages the gearmotor pin, if it has breaks that block some eggs, or if wear and tear after many cycles compromises the smooth movement.

💡 The dividers are not random: they keep the eggs at the right distance to roll without bumping into each other, organize the space for maximum capacity, and ensure that each egg receives the necessary movement.

Compatible with Smart only , designed for Smart automatic or manual voltage system.

📱 Eggs not rolling properly? Send a WhatsApp video of the movement for immediate diagnosis.

🚚 Shipping from Como in 1 day. Minimum order €20. FIEM since 1975 , natural movement for excellent results. 24-month warranty for private individuals, 12 VAT numbers.
