🔍 When you need this bushing
The bushing must be ordered when:
- Installation of new automatic system: First installation of the semi-automatic humidity kit
- Broken or damaged bushing: Cracked, deformed, or with broken lugs
- Bushing lost or missing: During cleaning or never present
- Pipe rubs on metal: The pipe passes directly into the hole without protection
- Conversion to automatic system: Fitting the kit for the first time
⚠️ Why is the bushing important?
The UB-1500 bushing has essential functions:
- Protects the pipe from abrasion: The metal hole edge would cut the pipe over time
- Ensures sealing: Prevents moisture leaks from the passage point

🔧 Installation
Assembly (very simple):
- Unplug the incubator
- Clean the hole from any residue or dirt
- Insert the UB-1500 bushing into the hole from the outside to the inside
- Check that the bushing is securely fastened and does not move
- Insert the tube (TUB.) through the bushing from the outside to the inside
- Pass the pipe until it reaches the internal tray/channel
- Connect the tube to the internal float
- Connect the other end of the hose to the external tank

Is your incubator set up?
- Check for hole presence: Check that there is a hole on the back/side for the pipe passage (diameter 10-12mm)
- Measure the hole: Using a caliper or ruler, measure the diameter of the hole
- Check if there is already a bushing: It could be present but worn or damaged

Periodic checks (every 6 months):
- Check that the bushing is still well fixed in the hole
