The 40x60 cm textured paper mat is a key element for optimizing the hatching process in Fiem incubators. Its textured surface promotes proper adherence of newly hatched chicks, reducing the risk of leg problems and improving their stability in the early stages of life.

Main features:

✅ Breathable and absorbent material: prevents moisture from stagnating inside the hatching tray, creating an optimal environment for birth.
✅ Non-slip surface: The textured design reduces the risk of chicks slipping, improving their stability during their first steps.
✅ Compatible dimensions: 40x60 cm, ideal for use in the hatching trays of Fiem incubators.
✅ Maximum hygiene: the material promotes cleaning and reduces bacterial proliferation.
✅ Easy Replacement: Designed for quick and hassle-free replacement.

The use of a corrugated paper mat is recommended in every incubation cycle to ensure the best hatching rate and chick well-being.

Upper ABS Shell for Fiem Cosmo Incubator

€63.90
Availability: 103 In Stock

✅ Original FIEM 🚚 24h Shipping 🇮🇹 Italian assistance ⭐ 45 years of experience

🏠 The roof that protects the heart and brain of the incubator.
The COSMO upper body houses the control panel, fan motor, heating element, and heating cable. It is the supporting structure of the entire control and heating system.

Quick diagnosis: visible cracks on the body, breaks at the fixing points, heat deformations, damaged housings for the control unit or fan.

Solution: Original FIEM ABS Upper Body for COSMO, COSMO EVO and COSMO ML incubators.

📌 Real case: A customer in Vicenza had a cracked top cover near the fan after a fall. The temperature wouldn't stay stable because hot air was escaping from the crack. After replacing the cover, the incubator worked perfectly again.

⚠️ When to replace it: If the shell is cracked or warped, you lose thermal insulation and the incubator will struggle to maintain its temperature. Every crack is a source of heat loss.

4-Sector Tray Base for Fiem Smart Incubator

4-Sector Tray Base for Fiem Smart Incubator

€25.00
Availability: 1000 In Stock

💧 The Smart base is not just a simple base: it is an intelligent humidification system with 4 independent sectors which, combined with the KIT.UM.SMART, guarantees perfect hatching!

At €20.48 (excluding VAT) , this plastic base (part no. 4 in the exploded view) is the heart of your Smart incubator's humidity control. Its four separate sectors allow you to precisely adjust the humidity: one sector for basic incubation, two for medium humidity, and all four for 62% hatching.

🎯 Expert advice: always pair the base with the KIT.UM.SMART (component no. 15 - €26.50) for optimal automatic humidification. The base + kit combination eliminates manual water management and maintains consistent levels, dramatically improving hatching rates. After 45 years in the industry, I can assure you that this combo really makes a difference!

📊 As the FIEM manual indicates, correct humidity is crucial: 47-52% for incubation, 62% for hatching. The four compartments of the base, especially when integrated with the automatic kit, give you the precise control that separates professionals from amateurs.

⚠️ When should you replace it? If you notice cracks with water leaks, if the seals are no longer sealed, or if the plastic is warped from heat.

✅ Compatible only with Smart and prepared for KIT.UM.SMART. CipCip uses a different system with separate trays.

📱 Want to optimize your incubator? Contact us on WhatsApp for advice on the base + humidity kit.

🚚 Ships from Como in 1 business day. No minimum order for this item. FIEM since 1975 , Padovan Avicoltura always has base and humidity kits available. 24-month warranty for private individuals, 12 VAT numbers.

Fiem Smart 130-B Gear Motor Cover | Egg Turner Protection
FIEM

Fiem Smart Gearmotor Protection Cover / Plastic...

€6.54
Availability: 1000 In Stock

🛡️ The gearmotor cover isn't just an aesthetic protection: it's the shield that protects the heart of the egg turning system from dust, humidity, and accidental tampering!

At just €5.36 (excluding VAT) , the 130-B cover protects the Smart's egg turning gear motor from external elements that could compromise its operation. It's more than just decorative plastic: it keeps the motor compartment isolated from the incubator's constant humidity, prevents dust from accumulating on the gears, and protects against accidental contact during operation.

🔒 As specified in the FIEM manual, the gearmotor is housed in an insulated compartment protected by this very cover. Without it, humidity from incubation penetrates the mechanism, dust accumulates, and the motor wears prematurely.

⚠️ When should you replace it? If it's cracked or broken, if it no longer seals the compartment tightly, if the plastic is warped and leaves cracks, if the attachment points are broken, or if it's missing after maintenance on the gearmotor.

💡 A missing or damaged cover exposes the expensive gearmotor (€44) to premature wear. For €5.36, you're protecting a much greater investment!

✅ Specific for Smart , designed to perfectly close the gearmotor compartment.

📱 Is the lid not closing properly? Send us a WhatsApp photo of the compartment and lid.

🚚 Shipping from Como in 1 day. Minimum order €20. FIEM since 1975 , protection for every component. 24-month warranty for private individuals, 12 VAT numbers.

🛡️ The shield that protects the heart of the voltage.
The gear motor cover is the plastic shield that covers the egg turning motor. It keeps out dust, feathers, and dirt, preventing the motor from seizing up or overheating.

Quick diagnosis: lid broken, cracked, missing, or no longer latching properly.

Solution: Original FIEM Gearmotor Cover for COSMO, COSMO EVO and COSMO ML incubators.

📌 Real case: A customer in Chierti with a COSMO EVO had a broken cover for months. The motor started making strange noises because it was full of dust and feathers. After replacing the cover and cleaning the motor, everything went back to silence.

⚠️ When to replace it: If the cover is broken or missing, the gearmotor is exposed to dust and debris that can jam it or reduce its lifespan. It's best to replace it immediately.

Fiem Humidity Power Cable with IEC Male Plug
FIEM

IEC female panel socket for humidity cable...

€1.79
Availability: 200 In Stock
Female IEC Panel Socket for FIEM Ultrasonic Humidifiers – The power connector for the Limpia automatic humidifier. This standard IEC socket provides a secure electrical connection between the incubator and the ultrasonic humidifier.

A customer from Rovigo called me: "The Limpia humidifier is constantly turning on and off, the humidity fluctuates, and the pheasant eggs are drying out." The IEC socket on the panel had oxidized contacts and was making poor contact. Simply moving the cable would shut off the humidifier. I replaced the socket, and it's been working perfectly for 18 months.

When is it needed? If the humidifier doesn't turn on even when plugged in , it turns on and off intermittently, or you see sparks when you plug it in. If the socket has burnt plastic or oxidized contacts, it should be replaced immediately to avoid a fire risk.

What is an IEC socket? It's an international standard (type C14 female)—the same connector found on PCs, monitors, and professional appliances. It guarantees safe connections up to 250V and 10A.

⚠️ Before ordering: Unplug everything, visually inspect the socket (are the contacts shiny or oxidized/black?), test the IEC cable on another device to rule out the cable as the problem.

📸 Not sure? Send us a photo of the IEC socket (focus on the inside) on WhatsApp and describe the symptoms.

Installation: 230V electrical work – Qualified technicians ONLY . If you're not an electrician, hire a professional.

💰 Price: €1.47 – FIEM WAREHOUSE COMO

Compatibility: FIEM Limpia humidifier and other FIEM devices with standard IEC connection.

Minimum order €20: Complete with 5L tank (€8.82) + Tube (€1.89/m) + Bushing (€0.84) + Float (€5.04).

📦 Logistics: 1-day shipping, 2-4 day delivery. Warranty: 24 months for private individuals / 12 months for VAT numbers.
