Fiem Exotic Spare Parts and Options Electromechanical Maximum Temperature Alarm
🎛️ The front panel is not just an aesthetic mask: it is the access panel to the electronic heart of your Smart, protecting the vital controls!
At just €7.50 (excluding VAT) , the F/SMART front panel (part no. 7 in the exploded view) is the front cover that protects the incubator's controls and makes them accessible. It's more than just decorative plastic: it keeps the switches and display protected from the constant humidity of the incubation environment.
⚡ This seemingly simple component performs critical functions: it protects electrical components from moisture and dust, maintains access to controls, prevents accidental contact with electrical parts, and ensures the professional appearance of your incubator.
🔧 When should you replace it? If it's cracked or broken, if it no longer attaches properly to the frame, if the plastic is discolored or warped from heat, if the switch or display holes are damaged, or after maintenance that has compromised it.
💡 The faceplate covers the area where the thermostat, switches, and electrical connections are located. Inadequate protection in this area can cause malfunctions due to moisture penetrating the circuitry.
✅ Compatible exclusively with the Smart model . The specific design fits perfectly into the FIEM control housing.

🔧 Do you know what the most underrated part of the incubator is? The little clip that holds the thermometer in place!
It may seem incredible, but this tiny ABS clip, worth just €0.53 (excluding VAT), is essential for holding the thermometer in the correct position. The 17A clip is FIEM's specific support for the 05/A thermometer.
💡 If the thermometer doesn't stay in place or moves while turning the eggs, the readings become unreliable. A damaged clip can compromise temperature monitoring, which is crucial for hatching.
⚠️ As specified in the FIEM manual, the thermometer should be inserted into the clip from the bottom up, rotating slightly—never attach it from the front to avoid breakage. This correct procedure protects both the thermometer and the clip itself.
📍 When should you replace it? If the thermometer won't stay in place, if it moves or falls, if you see cracks in the plastic, or if you need to use alternative means to hold it in place. Given the minimal cost, it's a good idea to have a spare.
✅ Compatible with all Smart, CipCip 28 and CipCip 40 models. In the 2025 price list it is indicated as "ABS THERMOMETER HOLDER" and costs only €0.53.
🛒 Important: This item requires a minimum order of €20 (excluding VAT). You can add the 05/A thermometer for €22.05, which already exceeds the threshold, or other small spare parts such as the P67 cable gland (€0.63) or the MEMB.TAST.DIG keyboard membrane (€2.80).
📱 Not sure about compatibility? Send us a photo of the incubator, model plate, current clip, and thermometer on WhatsApp . We'll confirm everything promptly during business hours.

A customer in Rovigo was having strange problems: the drain was constantly shifting, water was pouring out of one side, and the humidity was unstable. Upon inspection, the metal support had warped and was no longer holding the tray in place. The support was replaced, and the problem was solved in 5 minutes.
When is it needed? If the channel moves, wobbles, or doesn't stay in place , the metal support is probably warped, bent, or missing. Even when replacing the channel itself, always check the condition of the support.
💰 Price: €5.50 (excluding VAT, shipping) – FIEM WAREHOUSE COMO
⚠️ ATTENTION: This support is specific for CIP CIP 40. The CIP CIP 28 model has a different support (SUPP.BAC.CIP28).
Minimum order €20: Add the channel (€6.50), thermometer (€22.05) or other spare parts.
📦 Logistics: 1-day shipping, 2-4 day delivery. Warranty: 24 months for private individuals / 12 months for VAT numbers.

🛡️ The shield that protects the heart of the voltage.
The gear motor cover is the plastic shield that covers the egg turning motor. It keeps out dust, feathers, and dirt, preventing the motor from seizing up or overheating.
Quick diagnosis: lid broken, cracked, missing, or no longer latching properly.
Solution: Original FIEM Gearmotor Cover for COSMO, COSMO EVO and COSMO ML incubators.
📌 Real case: A customer in Chierti with a COSMO EVO had a broken cover for months. The motor started making strange noises because it was full of dust and feathers. After replacing the cover and cleaning the motor, everything went back to silence.
⚠️ When to replace it: If the cover is broken or missing, the gearmotor is exposed to dust and debris that can jam it or reduce its lifespan. It's best to replace it immediately.
