CIP 40 Humidity Channel Metal Support – The bracket that holds the water channel in place. This metal support ensures stability and proper positioning of the humidity tray on the bottom of the incubator.

A customer in Rovigo was having strange problems: the drain was constantly shifting, water was pouring out of one side, and the humidity was unstable. Upon inspection, the metal support had warped and was no longer holding the tray in place. The support was replaced, and the problem was solved in 5 minutes.

When is it needed? If the channel moves, wobbles, or doesn't stay in place , the metal support is probably warped, bent, or missing. Even when replacing the channel itself, always check the condition of the support.

⌨️ The keyboard membrane is not just a sticker: it is the interface between you and the electronic brain of your incubator, allowing you to precisely control temperature and humidity!

At just €2.80 (excluding VAT) , the MEMB.TAST.DIG membrane is the touch control panel for the Smart digital thermostat. This thin film with printed buttons is what allows you to set the vital parameters: temperature at 100°F, humidity at 47-62%, and sensor calibration.

🎯 As specified in the FIEM manual, pressing the SET buttons accesses the reference values, and using the up/down arrow keys changes the temperature and humidity. Without a functioning membrane, you cannot control the digital incubator!

⚠️ When should you replace it? If the keys no longer respond to pressure, if the surface is worn and the symbols are no longer legible, if it has cuts or tears, if the adhesive has peeled off the panel, or if liquids have penetrated the contacts.

💡 A common problem: after years of use, the membrane loses sensitivity. Press SET but nothing happens. Before you think the entire thermostat is broken, often all you need to do is replace this inexpensive membrane!

✅ Compatible only with Smart Digital Thermostats . Make sure you have the model with a 3-digit digital display.

🔧 When should you replace it? If it's cracked or broken, if it no longer attaches properly to the frame, if the plastic is discolored or warped from heat, if the switch or display holes are damaged, or after maintenance that has compromised it.
