🚪 The invisible pin that holds everything in place.
Hinges are the small hinges that allow the transparent door to open and close properly. They seem insignificant, but if they break or become loose, the door won't close properly, and you lose heat and humidity.
Quick diagnosis: door that doesn't close properly, excessive play, broken or bent hinge, door that "falls" to one side.
Solution: Original FIEM door hinge for COSMO, COSMO EVO, and COSMO ML incubators. Price each.
📌 Real case: A customer in Bari with COSMO ML had a door that wouldn't close properly. He thought the door needed replacing, but it was just a broken hinge. Replaced in 5 minutes for less than 2 euros, problem solved.
⚠️ When to replace it: If the door no longer closes properly or you notice excessive play, check the hinges immediately. Improper closure causes heat and humidity to escape, compromising hatching.
Essential data:
💶 Price: €1.47 + VAT (each)

🔒 The P67 cable gland is not just a gasket: it is the guardian that protects electrical cables from wear and tear and prevents water infiltration at critical points!
At just €0.63 (excluding VAT) , this small component plays a vital safety role. The P67 cable gland (GLAND for POWER CABLE in the price list) blocks and protects the power cable where it enters the incubator, preventing dangerous kinks, accidental tears, and moisture infiltration that could cause short circuits.
⚡ As every electrician knows, the most vulnerable point of any cable is where it passes through a wall or panel. Without a strain relief, the cable rubs against sharp edges, the insulation deteriorates, and moisture penetrates. With the P67, the cable is securely clamped and protected from mechanical stress.
⚠️ When should you replace it? If the cable gland is cracked or broken, if it no longer grips the cable and allows it to move freely, if the rubber is hardened and no longer seals, or if it's missing completely after maintenance.
💡 A missing or damaged cable gland poses serious risks: the cable can tear, moisture can enter the circuitry, and short circuits can occur. For €0.63, it's not worth the risk!
✅ Compatible with Smart and Cosmo , standard for power cable passage.
📱 Not sure about the condition of your cable gland? Send us a WhatsApp photo of the cable entry point.

🎛️ The frame that protects the electronic heart of the incubator.
The front cover of the COSMO control panel is the front bezel that covers and protects the power and light switches. It gives the panel a clean look and prevents dust and moisture from entering the electrical components.
Quick diagnosis: broken or cracked cover, loose connectors, missing bezel, exposed switches.
Solution: Original FIEM Control Panel Front Cover for COSMO, COSMO EVO and COSMO ML incubators.
📌 Real case: A farmer in Cuneo had his front cover broken after an accidental impact. The switches were exposed, and water leaked in during cleaning. He replaced the cover in 5 minutes, and the control panel was protected again.
⚠️ When to replace it: If the cover is broken or missing, the electrical components are exposed to dust, moisture, and shock. It's best to replace it immediately to avoid more serious problems.
