When is it needed? If the trays move, wobble, or don't stay in place , the metal support is probably warped or bent. Even when replacing the trays themselves, always check the condition of the support.

🔧 Installation

Assembly (very simple):

  1. Unplug the incubator
  2. Remove the 2 350 TOP trays from the bottom
  3. Remove the old metal support (if present)
  4. Insert the new support, checking that it is seated correctly.
  5. Place the 2 trays on top of the support
  6. Make sure everything is stable and securely fastened.

💡 Advice from 45 years of experience: When replacing the support, take the opportunity to thoroughly clean the walls of the incubator from any limescale deposits or accumulated dirt.

❌ Common mistakes to avoid

  • Do not force the support: it must enter naturally into its seat
  • Don't bend excessively: Trying to straighten a very warped support could break the screw seats.
