💧 The semi-automatic humidification kit is an intelligent system that regulates humidity by rotating a bottle, without ever opening the incubator!

At €26.50 (excluding VAT) , the KIT.UM.SMART (component no. 15 in the exploded view) revolutionizes humidity management. It includes a bottle tank, support base, and connection tube, but the genius lies in the control: by screwing the tank, you progressively activate 1-2-3-4 water sectors in the Smart base, unscrewing them to reduce them to 4-3-2-1. Adjust the humidity from 38% to 62% simply by rotating an external bottle!

🎯 How does it work? The variable surface system is ingenious: screw in to increase the flooded sectors (more evaporation = more humidity), unscrew to reduce them. No openings, no temperature changes, total control! During incubation, you need 2 sectors (47-52%), for hatching you activate 4 (62%). Everything from the outside!

⚠️ When should you replace it? If the tank leaks, the sector adjustment mechanism no longer works, the hose is clogged, or if you want to add this intelligent automation to your Smart (only on compatible models).

How do you regulate humidity without opening:

  • Tank screw: Progressively activate sectors 1→2→3→4
  • Unscrew tank: Progressively deactivate 4→3→2→1
  • 1st sector: 38-43% humidity (game eggs)
  • 2 sectors: 47-52% (standard hen incubation)
  • 3 sectors: 55-58% (special species)
  • 4 sectors: 62% (hatching phase last 2 days)

Position the external tank base. Insert a bottle of water. Connect the hose to the sectors. Screw to increase humidity, loosen to reduce it. The water level is automatically maintained in the active sectors. Refill the external tank when necessary.

The P67 cable gland (GLAND for POWER CABLE in the price list) blocks and protects the power cable where it enters the incubator, preventing dangerous kinks, accidental tears, and moisture infiltration that could cause short circuits.

⚡ As every electrician knows, the most vulnerable point of any cable is where it passes through a wall or panel. Without a strain relief, the cable rubs against sharp edges, the insulation deteriorates, and moisture penetrates. With the P67, the cable is securely clamped and protected from mechanical stress.

⚠️ When should you replace it? If the cable gland is cracked or broken, if it no longer grips the cable and allows it to move freely, if the rubber is hardened and no longer seals, or if it's missing completely after maintenance.
