The MG 6 S+H model has recently undergone substantial modifications to the ventilation system and egg turning mechanism, which have significantly increased its performance and made it even more attractive to our customers.
In fact, the MG 6 S+H incubator, in addition to having all the standard features, represents a preface to the use of semi-professional machines and if we also consider the actual quantity of eggs it can accommodate, it boasts an excellent quality/price ratio.
• Cabin in layered materials with laminate finish, the incubator is also available in the pre-painted and insulated steel version.
• The MG 6 S+H incubator, fully automatic in egg turning, uses special metal egg trays suitable for incubating ostrich, emu and rhea eggs.
• The temperature is read using a precision thermometer in °F and an additional wet bulb hygrometer allows for precise reading of the humidity level inside the incubator.
• Two portholes on the door allow a perfect view of the inside of the incubator and the internal lighting allows optimal monitoring of the hatching of the eggs without opening the door.
• The electronic control unit with large backlit LCD liquid crystal display allows you to manage the fundamental temperature and humidity parameters with extreme ease of use;
CONTROL PANEL
The electronic control unit with large backlit LCD display allows you to manage, with extreme ease of use, the entire series of advanced parameters listed below:
- The temperature, with a range from 5°C to 45°C and a resolution of 0.1°C, is managed by the electronic control unit in PID mode with proportional, integral, and derivative action or with an ON/OFF system. This achieves absolute decimal temperature precision;
- Instant °C/°F conversion;
- Maximum safety temperature alarm;
- The LCD control unit, capable of reading humidity expressed in RH% (range 20-99%), is equipped with an output for connection to an ultrasonic humidifier. This solution represents a state-of-the-art automatic humidification system with digital regulation;
- Language preset mode: Italian / English.
DOUBLE T/U SENSOR: The sensors that detect humidity and temperature inside the machine are totally separate and disjointed in order to achieve maximum precision and reliability of the reading.
• The machine is equipped with a new, high-quality professional motor-driven fan with self-cooling bearings that promotes even air circulation throughout the cabin, ensuring excellent results. Appropriate air exchange and subsequent carbon dioxide expulsion are achieved through special ventilation holes.
• This model features a combined incubation and hatching department.
The safety aspects of the electrical parts are in full compliance with EEC regulations and the control panel located outside the incubator prevents problems with the electrical parts resulting from humidity and condensation.
