The MG 24 S+H incubator, equipped with a combined incubation and hatching section, is designed to carry out a weekly hatching cycle.

The structure is made with special walls in thermal panels of pre-painted galvanized sheet metal, with 20 mm polystyrene insulation, which guarantees perfect insulation and ensures the machine's robustness.

• The daily egg turning operations are carried out by a special, high-quality mechanical device, which, thanks to its constant automation, promotes correct embryo formation, inhibiting harmful adhesions to the egg walls.
• The temperature is read using a precision thermometer in °F and an additional wet bulb hygrometer allows for a precise reading of the humidity level inside the incubator.
• A porthole on the door allows for a perfect view of the inside of the incubator, and the lighting allows you to monitor the hatching of the eggs without having to open the door.
• The electronic control unit with large backlit LCD liquid crystal display allows you to manage the fundamental temperature and humidity parameters with extreme ease of use.
• The machine is equipped with a professional fan with self-cooling bearings and a special device that allows you to adjust the ventilation intensity. Appropriate air exchange and subsequent carbon dioxide expulsion are achieved through dedicated ventilation holes.
• An acoustic and visual alarm signals temperature anomalies and blocks heating if the maximum temperature limit set by the user is reached.
• An additional electromechanical thermostat independent of the main control panel allows, thanks to an emergency cable supplied, to maintain the main functions of the machine in the event of a control panel failure.
• Humidification takes place via a lidded tank with automatic water flow at a constant level.
• Special drawers that can be adapted to the incubation compartment allow the incubation of particular species such as Camelus Ostrich, Emu, Nandu.

The safety aspects of the electrical parts are in full compliance with EEC regulations and the control panel located outside the incubator prevents problems with the electrical parts resulting from humidity and condensation.

CONTROL PANEL

The electronic control unit with large backlit LCD display allows you to manage, with extreme ease of use, the entire series of advanced parameters listed below:

• The temperature, with a range from 5°C to 45°C and a resolution of 0.1°C, is managed by the electronic control unit in PID mode with proportional, integral, and derivative action or with an ON/OFF system. This achieves absolute decimal temperature precision;
• Instant °C/°F conversion;
• Maximum safety temperature alarm;
• The LCD control unit, capable of reading humidity expressed in RH% (range 20-99%), is equipped with an output for connection to an external ultrasonic humidifier. This solution constitutes a state-of-the-art automatic humidification system with digital regulation;
• The ventilation intensity is fully digitally adjustable according to the different incubation phases;
• Language preset mode: Italian / English.

INCUBATION CALENDAR

The LCD control unit is equipped with the new “incubation calendar” program for managing from 1 to 4 incubation cycles, this will allow you to load single batches of eggs, for example on a weekly basis, displaying the elapsed incubation time, you will therefore have precise track of the entire period so you can define the exact days of the hatching cycle without having to calculate them in your head and risk making mistakes!!!

The sensors that detect humidity and temperature inside the machine are completely separate and disjointed in order to achieve maximum precision and reliability of the reading.
