• The structure is made with special walls made of pre-painted galvanized sheet metal thermal panels, with 20 mm polystyrene insulation, a choice that guarantees perfect insulation and ensures the machine's robustness. The incubators of the MAXI PRO range were recently designed and manufactured to meet the expectations of those wishing to begin a professional incubation project without a large capital investment. They combine a good egg capacity with a series of innovative systems that allow the user to work in complete safety, fully meeting the needs of small farms. Characterized by the highest quality of manufacturing materials, they combine a long life with the performance worthy of a professional incubator.
Considerable versatility is achieved thanks to the universal metal baskets that allow for the simultaneous incubation of multiple species and the removable and stackable hatching trays. This allows the user to incubate on a weekly basis rather than using the "all-in/all-out" system.
• The daily egg turning operations are carried out by a special, high-quality mechanical device which, thanks to constant automated operation, promotes correct embryo formation, inhibiting harmful adhesions to the egg walls.
• The control unit with LCD display allows easy setting and reading of the temperature and humidity parameters.
• The temperature is read using a precision thermometer in °F and a wet bulb hygrometer allows for a precise reading of the humidity level inside the incubator.
• The machine is equipped with a professional fan with self-cooling bearings and a special device that regulates the ventilation intensity. Appropriate air exchange and subsequent expulsion of carbon dioxide occurs through special ventilation holes.
• Humidification takes place via a lidded tank with automatic water flow at a constant level (automatic humidification with digital reading and regulation via hygrostat is available upon request).
• A porthole on the door allows for a perfect view of the inside of the incubator and the lighting allows you to monitor the hatching of the eggs without having to open the door.
CONTROL PANEL
The electronic control unit with large backlit LCD display allows you to manage, with extreme ease of use, the entire series of advanced parameters listed below:
- The temperature, with a range from 30°C to 45°C and a resolution of 0.1°C, is managed by the electronic control unit in PID mode with proportional, integral and derivative action or with an ON/OFF system. In this way, absolute decimal precision of the temperature is obtained;
- Instant °C/°F conversion;
- The LCD control unit, capable of reading humidity expressed in RH% (range 20-99%), is equipped with an output for connection to an ultrasonic humidifier. Upon request, this latter solution constitutes a state-of-the-art automatic humidification system with digital regulation;
- Language preset mode: Italian/English.
INCUBATION CALENDAR -The LCD control unit is equipped with the new “incubation calendar” program for managing from 1 to 4 incubation cycles, this will allow you to load single batches of eggs, for example on a weekly basis, displaying the elapsed incubation time, you will therefore have precise track of the entire period so you can define the exact days of the hatching cycle without having to calculate them in your head and risk making mistakes!!!
The safety aspects of the electrical parts are in full compliance with EEC regulations and the control panel located outside the incubator prevents problems with the electrical parts resulting from humidity and condensation.
