UNIVERSAL HOLE SYSTEM
The world's first and only professional egg holder capable of vertically holding any type of egg, from goose eggs to quail eggs. Each individual holder can accommodate up to four small eggs instead of one chicken egg. This compact space can incubate up to 48 quail eggs, significantly reducing electricity consumption.
TOP UP WATER FROM THE OUTSIDE
The internal trays are refilled by pouring water into the convenient nozzles located on the outside of the incubator. This quick and convenient external operation drastically reduces the humidity loss that would otherwise be lost when opening the incubator to refill the internal trays.
VENTILATED THERMAL INSULATION INSULATION VENTILATION
Internal ventilation is provided by a silent turbine, which draws air from below and then directs it to the side walls, creating a barrier of warm air. Thanks to a refined and aerodynamic design, unique in its category, greater uniformity of temperature and humidity within the incubator is ensured.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CONTROL
The incubator uses sophisticated electronic temperature control to maintain a constant internal microclimate, accurate to within 0.1°C. The electronic system maintains the set temperature even as the ambient temperature outside the incubator fluctuates, ensuring proper embryonic development without disruptions and resulting in higher hatching rates!
The system exploits the principle of feedback: the temperature value detected by the NTC sensor is digitally processed by an advanced latest-generation Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) algorithm, which eliminates the oscillations characteristic of simpler adjustments, offering speed of response and good temperature stability, on a par with control solutions used on much more complex equipment.
