The incubator or hatcher, or both, feature a dynamic heat distribution system powered by a fan. The cabinet and door are made of white, Class A, rigid, heat-insulating expanded PVC, machined using CNC machinery. The front control panel and the entire structure are made of highly corrosion-resistant plastic-coated metal. The color may vary between red, yellow, green, and white, depending on stock availability.
The door features a large, clear plexiglass inspection window. The incubator is equipped with an automated tilting system with a servomotor for automatic egg turning. It includes seven metal egg trays, suitable for all eggs, from quail to chicken size. You can customize the tray type to suit your needs.
The incubator features a fully removable wire mesh hatcher, ideal for hatching up to 90 eggs. If the machine is used with a full hatch, you will need to select additional optional hatchers.
The microcomputer PID controller (D version) includes a digital sensor with a unified temperature/humidity protection filter, temperature management, humidity reading, digital display, and minimum and maximum alarms. If you also want automatic humidification, you'll need to select the option in the PRO Performance Upgrade module.
The incubator offers complete protection of the electrical and mechanical parts, with a power of 646 watts and an average consumption of 162 watts/hour. Designed and built according to EEC standards, the incubator operates on a 230 VAC voltage (10/-15% Hz, 50 ± 0.5%). It comes with a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects and is shipped assembled and ready for use.
The user and maintenance manual, in Italian, is illustrated with illustrations to simplify the process and includes a temperature and humidity chart for different egg types. The incubator has a total capacity of 630 chicken, duck, or turkey eggs, 819 pheasant or bantam eggs, 756 guinea fowl eggs, 854 red-legged partridge eggs, 1,008/2,772 quail eggs, 343 goose, giant turkey, or peacock eggs (with optional tray not included), 60 emu or rhea eggs, and 36 ostrich eggs.
